Pathway; textiles 

I aimed to finish my textiles piece of work within this session. 

What I did; 

1) I cut around my previous print making image of the hare which I printed on to cotton material

2) I then cut a square piece of material (cotton) 

3) I then choose 3 colors of fabric ink and started to paint the top  bit red then the bottom half blue then I added the purple into the red part of the fabric. 

4) I left this to dry whilst choosing the appropriate colored thread.

5) I then stitched my cut out hare on the the fabric into the middle of my square piece of material. 

Equipment used; 

+ square piece of cotton

+ fabric inks (red,blue,purple,) 

+ Greg thread

+ the printed hare I had made using print making techniques. 

What I really enjoyed about textiles was more on the Thursday session as I had more ideas and more clue of what I had to do for the basics I am going to follow this up with research I am going to do on the artists if been given. 

This us my finished piece of textiles I could improve this by making alot more neater and maybe work back into it with different techniques I am willing to learn.
